Intersected by I-10 to the north, the Black Creek property is a pristine landscape, with slash pine, scrub oak, remnants of cypress, yaupon holly, catbriar, and sawgrass lining the creek. This area is home to a variety of native wildlife, including Osprey, Great White Egrets, Brown Pelicans, a variety of migratory birds, fish and raccoons.
